Well, he is a Halfling. If you could make him quite short and stubby (but not fat! More like a child's body, with an adult's head.), and have little hairy feet, I'd appreciate it! He should also look cheerful, and have the expression of someone who is quite carefree.

Additional Props 

I'd like him holding a walking stick. Just a stick that's a little bit shorter than him, and it'll be perfect!
